Chanel, Dior… These decadent designers now have beauty outposts in CG’s Piazza and each provides a slightly more affordable way to indulge, even when you can’t even think about splurging. I’m of the opinion that every girl deserves a Chanel compact of some kind in their lives, and the Chanel store provides personalised services from bridal consultations to a shape and paint at the nail bar. As for Dior, their Gel Topcoat and Lip Glow are must-tries and you can inhale all their lovely fragrances in an apothecary-style area.

Besides the fab move of hiring Naomi Campbell alongside Jourdan Dunn and Kate Moss alongside Cara Delevingne for some eye-catching ads, the Burberry shopping experience is uber high tech. Inside their CG store, you’ll find their seasonal nail varnish collections that are always so on point – they even have a Digital Runway Nail Bar so you can virtually ‘try on’ the latest shades with no need for polish remover. We. Love.
BLO THE DOOR DOWN
If you’re in London for a job interview or a big night out, don’t do your hair at home first thing – pop to blow-dry bar Blo. A new arrival to Covent Garden, choose a style from their menu and you could walk out looking like one of their brand ambassadors, Gwyneth Paltrow!
